2010  DAILY RATES during prime season  (June 15-Sept 30) - based on DOUBLE ccupancy

Cabin #9 is wheelchair accessible. Guests in wheelchair deduct $30.00 per night

Extras - $10.00 each per night (Free for 7 night stay)

Minimum booking 2 nights  (3 nights on long weekends)

A deposit of the first night will be put through the credit card given
Beginning in 2010 - Bookings for Peak Season (June 15-Sept 30) & long weekends: The total charge for your reservation will be charged to the credit card
 given 7 days prior to your arrival date

Cancellation Policy
 7 days prior to arrival date(14 days if a week is booked) ,
Group bookings require 14 days notice of cancellation 

Early departures are considered cancellations and will be charged if not re-rented

Cancellations made prior to the 1 week cancellation period subject to $20.00 administration fee
Changes subject to $10.00 administration fee
We do not expect guests to travel to and from their home during a snowstorm or near zero visibility due to blowing snow
If these conditions exist on the day of arrival cancellation will be accepted with no charge.
If they exist on the day of departure a free night’s stay will be given if available.
