Cancellation Policy
Summer- A full refund if canceled within 7 days prior to arrival date(14 days if a week is booked) ,
Group bookings require 14 days notice of cancellation for a full refund
Winter - 3 days prior to arrival date (7 days if a group or week is booked)
Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your deposit
We do not expect guests to travel to and from their home during a snowstorm or near zero visibility due to blowing snow.
If these conditions exist on the day of arrival cancellation will be accepted with no charge.
If they exist on the day of departure a free night’s stay will be given if available.
